Le Oasis Disability Services aims to provide constant quality services to people living with a disability (NDIS participants) and Aged Care (MyAged Care) to enable them to live their best everyday lives. We also service privately funded clients.
Our Staff possesses industry experience and training with qualified certifications in nursing, social work, disability, and aged care.

Our team is multicultural and bi-lingual. The team includes Registers Nurses, Social Worker, Support Workers, and Gardeners.
We will work in collaboration with you to plan and implement your individual-centered support services that meet your personal goals and update your care services as your circumstances change.

Le Oasis Disability Services offers flexible services that fit in with the various service needs for people living with disabilities ages between 0 to 65 years for NDIS participants.
​
We also offer support services to people aging in their homes on MyAged care on all levels and private clients. Ages 65 years and above.
